Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Lennox Digital Labs, which sells and operates ShadowVPN under a license from Lennox Group, Inc. (“we”, “us”), for use of the ShadowVPN website, apps and VPN service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required where you live) and give a valid email address. Keep your password safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account.

Plans, passes and devices

• Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Passes are one-time purchases that end at the time shown and do not renew.
• Each plan allows a set number of devices, shown on our pricing page.
• Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by their terms, including their refund policies.

ShadowVault

ShadowVault Premium is included with ShadowVPN Monthly and Annual plans while they are active (not with passes). You can also buy ShadowVault Premium or Pro separately on this website, as a monthly or annual subscription (renewing until you turn renewal off) or, for Premium, a one-time “lifetime” purchase. “Lifetime” means for as long as we offer ShadowVault, on the account you bought it with. Pro includes Premium plus Pro features as we release them. Your purchase unlocks ShadowVault through the ShadowVPN app signed in to the same account. A fully refunded purchase ends the access it gave. ShadowVault content is encrypted on your device and we can’t recover it if you lose your code and recovery phrase.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• break the law, or infringe anyone’s rights;
• send spam, attack or scan other systems, or distribute malware;
• share illegal content, including child sexual abuse material;
• resell or share your account outside the device limit of your plan.

Because we don’t keep activity logs, we enforce these rules through technical measures and may suspend accounts involved in abuse.

The Service

We work hard to keep ShadowVPN fast and available, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or available in every country. Locations and features may change. A VPN improves your privacy but cannot make you anonymous in every situation.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what we never collect.

Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we’ll tell you before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the new terms.
